Privacy Policy for Numberly – Math Game
Last updated: October 2026
Numberly – Math Game ("Numberly", "the app") is a free arithmetic game published by TechPilot IT Solution LLP. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app and the services built into it collect, why they collect it, and the choices available to you.
Information the app uses
Leaderboard name and scores
If you choose to save a personal best, the app stores the name you enter, your score, game mode, timer length, date, number of questions answered and best streak in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) so it can appear on the public leaderboard. You can change the name the app uses at any time from the Home screen.
Anonymous app identifier
The app signs in anonymously with Google Firebase Authentication to give each install a random identifier, used only to keep one leaderboard entry per player per mode. It is not linked to your name, email or Google account.
App usage analytics
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used, such as which modes are played and when games end, to improve the app.
Settings stored on your device
Sound on/off, light/dark mode and your leaderboard name are stored only on your device.
Advertising
Numberly is free and is supported by ads served by Google AdMob.
- A banner ad shown at the top of the app.
- An optional rewarded video ad that you can choose to watch to continue a game (one revive per game). Rewarded ads are never shown unless you tap to watch one.
To show and measure ads, Google AdMob and its ad partners may collect and process:
- Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA (on iOS only if you allow tracking), and app-specific identifiers.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Ad interaction data, such as ads viewed and tapped.
- Diagnostics, such as app performance and crash information related to ads.
This data may be used for showing ads, measuring their performance, preventing fraud and, where you have agreed, personalising ads.

Ad content: Ads are limited to content suitable for a teen audience.
Your choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: When you first open the app you are asked for consent through Google's consent message. You can accept, decline or manage your choices, and change them at any time via Privacy settings on the app's Home screen.
- US states with privacy laws: For example, California users can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for advertising via the privacy message, and later via Privacy settings on the Home screen.
- iOS: Apple asks whether Numberly may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your IDFA is not shared and you will see non-personalised ads. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's Google settings.
Declining any of these choices never limits the game: every mode, the leaderboard and the revive option work the same.
Children
Numberly is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.
